Chapter 296
Joel roared at the doctor with all his might, begging to save jude.
"I understand what you're feeling, Commissioner Kaufman, but Mr. Kaufman has a
bullet lodged in an extremely dangerous spot. We've done our very best."
The doctor felt bad as well, but he couldn't bring back the dead. He shouldn't give Joel false, unrealistic hope.
"It's impossible! There must still be hope for my brother!"
Joel was suddenly reminded of Yolanda. He turned around and begged her frantically, "Dr. Henderson, please go
have a look, please, save my brother!"
"I'll go in and take a look."
"Hey!" As Yolanda walked into the trauma room, Jude's attending doctor was stunned for a while before he
chased after her angrily.
"Non-authorised personnel are not permitted in the trauma room! Get out!" Yolanda had already started
examining Jude at that moment.

"I said, get out. Didn't you hear me?"
The doctors and nurses of the trauma room saw how Yolanda was just flipping Jude around when she assessed
him and were all burning with rage.
"There's still hope for him."
The doctors weren't wrong when they said Jude could not be saved. Jude may not be brain-dead yet, but they
could not bring him out of danger with their medical skills.
Right now, Jude was only able to hang on for about ten more minutes through his adamant determination to live,
but they were completely powerless to change his outcome.
However, Yolanda was confident that she could save Jude through surgery.
She was in a surgery room with all sorts of medical devices and sterile equipment available at that moment. As
long as the nurses cooperated, she could save him.
"Stop fooling around! Even the most skilled doctor in our hospital is at his wit's end. How dare you, a mere child,
lie about how there is still hope for the patient?"
The nurse who was standing at the side glared angrily at Yolanda as she shrieked, "Who let her in? Get her out
now!"
"I gave her permission to go in," Joel responded with a booming voice.
"All of you cannot save my brother, so |, as the patient's family, have the right to look for another doctor."
"Commissioner Kaufman..." The doctor pleaded exasperatedly, "Please calm down. If you found an experienced,
acclaimed miracle doctor, we won't have anything to say, but look at her. She's barely 20 years old. How would
she even know how to perform surgeries?"
"That's right, Commissioner Kaufman. Mr. Kaufman is already suffering so much from his severe injuries. Please
just let him go with dignity."
The nurses in the operating room chimed in as well.
"Please understand that we're all medical staff, and we cannot be so irresponsible as to hand our patient over to
an amateur."
"How much is the success rate, Dr. Henderson?" Joel had suddenly and very quickly calmed down. He was
already prepared for the worst-case scenario, probably out of sheer hopelessness.
"90%," Yolanda replied, "But I'll need two physician assistants."
90% was actually a very safe estimation from her. She knew that if she said she was 100% sure at this time,
probably even Joel would want to chase her out.
"Okay, | trust you." Joel took a deep breath and decided that.
He had already lost all hope. Even the doctors had said they had failed to revive
his brother, so why wouldn't he let Yolanda take a shot at it?
He was already very clear about the worst thing that could happen, and nothing was worse than the reality.
He turned to the doctor and commanded, "Send two medical interns in to cooperate with Dr. Henderson
completely."
“Erp.
Jude's attending doctor wiped the sweat from his forehead and said, "This isn't compliant with the hospital's
rules."
"Is the hospital's rules more important than a human life?" Joel thundered.
"I'll guarantee with my job title that no matter what happens, I, Joel, will bear the consequences alone."
